#Message to the United NationsThe Sovereign Republic of Skywave hereby submits this public message to the United Nations and its member states:We declare our peaceful, intentional, and transparent claim over the territory known as Bir Tawil — a region currently recognized as terra nullius (unclaimed land). Through innovation, self-determination, and global cooperation, we aim to establish a forward-thinking, AI-powered republic rooted in:Peaceful governanceSustainable developmentDigital citizenshipYouth empowermentRespect for all international laws and human rightsSkywave does not seek conflict or competition. We seek collaboration, dialogue, and recognition.We invite the United Nations and its relevant bodies to observe our development and support our request for peaceful sovereign recognition, per the principles outlined in:Article 1 of the UN Charter: The right of peoples to self-determination.The Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States (1933): Defined territory, permanent population, government, and capacity to enter relations with other states.🌍 We are ready to engage respectfully with any global institution and work toward a future where nations are built not on power, but on purpose.With respect and unity,
